If cardholder has account with BRAC Bank, s/he can dial BRAC Bank name middle at and provides instruction of debiting cardholder’s BRAC Bank current/savings account to pay bank card invoice. In order to make sure monetary security of BRAC Bank cardholders, the bank reserves the proper to restrict card transactions at any particular merchant on immediate basis. The restriction is at the sole discretion of BRAC Bank Limited.

“Cardholder” means an individual whose name is in a Card Account and who’s responsible for all transactions and liabilities on the Card Account. It contains Primary and any Supplementary Cards. “Business Day” means a day on which the related workplace in BRAC Bank specified within the Application Form or through which the Card is offered or such other workplace as may be notified by BRAC Bank to the Cardholder, is open for normal enterprise transactions. “Authorized Dealer” means an authorized dealer as defined in the Foreign Exchange Regulations Act 1947 as amended every so often.
